Deposit
A deposit of £75 is payable at time of booking, with the balance payable six weeks before arrival.

We also request a refundable security deposit of £75 when the balance is due. This will be required to cover any accidental damage other than usual wear and tear and any additional cleaning that may be required. This will be returned within fourteen working days if the cottage is left in the same condition as found at the beginning of your holiday.

Price includes electricity, heating (including a basket of logs) and bed linen.  Towels are available for an extra charge. Please indicate on the booking form.

Short breaks and weekends by arrangement when available.

Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday however in low season other days will be considered. Short breaks will also be available (Fri--Mon and Mon--Fri). See previous page for details.

Arrival time from 3.30pm, departure 10.00am.

Cancellation
If, within four weeks of the start of your holiday you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact us, in writing, as soon as possible. We will then try to re-let the property for the period of the booking. If we succeed in re-letting the property for the whole of the booking period we will refund all monies, less an administration fee of £25. If we are only able to re-let part of it we will refund that amount, less admin fee, the balance being forfeit.

Breakage or Damage
We would appreciate it if guests could report any breakages or damage as soon as possible. This will allow us time to repair or replace the item prior to the arrival of the next guests.

Care of the Property
Guests are asked to take all reasonable and proper care of the property and contents and leave them in the same condition, cleanliness and state of repair at the end of the rental period as found at the beginning.

The cottage is non-smoking

Pets
We regret that we do not allow pets in the cottage.


Liability
The owners shall not be under any liability to the client or third parties for any loss or damage arising from a breach of the contract or negligence on the part of the client (guest).
